Carol
Leavitt
Carol has been a management and organization development consultant for 20+
years, working with a range of organizations – from Fortune 500 companies to
small, entrepreneurial firms – in industries that include health care, financial
services, hospitality & leisure, high-tech, and more.
Carol received her MBA degree from Westminster College with highest honors,
earning a special certificate in Human and Organizational Development. During
graduate school, she completed training as an executive coach at The Coaches
Training Institute in San Rafael, California.
Carol specializes in developing and advancing management and leadership skills
for the 21st century – helping individuals, teams, and organizations maximize
their effectiveness and impact at the workplace. She partners with clients to
identify the primary obstacles to their success, and designs coaching, training,
interventional, and strategy solutions that lead to increased engagement,
performance, and satisfaction throughout the organization. She expands the minds
and capabilities of leaders and employees alike, which ultimately has a
powerful, positive impact on the bottom line of the business.
