Andrea Sigetich
President & Founder, SageCoach Inc.

Andrea is a recognized expert in management and leadership development.  With the insight and demeanor of a sage, leavened with a strong dose of animation, Andrea brings over 30 years of solid international business experience in management and leadership development to her work as a consultant, coach, and mentor to managers and leaders. 

Andrea earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Utah (summa cum laude).  She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with extensive study and training, and well over 4,000 paid hours of client coaching.  She also holds the Coaches Training Institute designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC.)

Andrea has held senior leadership positions in Human Resources, Union Relations, Management Development, Employee Development, Organization Development, and Organization Communication at General Electric, Digital Equipment, and Novell.   Since founding her own firm – SageCoach – in 1997, Andrea has consulted to organizations on strategic development of leadership and management skills.  Her corporate client list is extensive, and includes technology firms, financial services, hospitality, health care, transportation, and small service businesses.

She is recognized as an expert mentor, coach, designer and consultant, with very strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Flexible in her approach to designing actions and solutions, she customizes her work to each client’s needs.  Her considerable business and life experience provide a solid realism to her Leadership Coaching and Leadership Development work.

Andrea is co-author, with Carol, of the recently published book, Play to Your Strengths, which features practical tools for leaders who want to build their own strengths and the strengths of their teams and organizations.
